CUPLOK® support - steel shoring

Harsco Infrastructure's CUPLOK® is a well proven heavy duty support system which is relatively light, easy to assemble and is suitable for falsework support or access, building and civil engineering projects.

The principal feature of CUPLOK® is the unique node point - locking up to four horizontals in one single action without the use of nuts, bolts or wedges. The locking device is formed by a fixed lower cup, which is welded to the vertical at 0.5 m intervals, and a sliding upper cup. The forged blade ends of the horizontals are located in the lower cup. The upper cup is moved down and rotated by hammer blows to give a positive and rigid connection.

Soffit support

The range of CUPLOK® equipment gives the system the capability to tackle virtually any soffit support application with the most cost-effective approach.  We can provide a large number of grid variations to fit steel, aluminium or timber joists.

Complimenting CUPLOK® is our DU-AL® Aluminium Beam system.  The high strength and low weight result in increased productivity.  The DU-AL® Aluminium Beam system comprises a selection of 3 beams in a variety of lengths.  In each case the beams are supported in forkheads and fastened by means of a quick fixing clamp.
