MC100

Available in single mast configuration, up to 7m in length, and in twin mast configuration will provide up to 22m in length. Maximum working height 100m. The MC100 is flexible, highly modular and suitable for most applications. A popular product with our customers, the MC100 is most suited within the range to work in conjunction with our ‘Shelf Bracket/Load Bearing Support' system. Typically an MC100 twin mast unit will provide the capacity to lift a uniformly distributed load, of men and materials, of 1,500Kg.

MC500

With single mast length up to 10m, and twin mast length up to 24m, the MC500 is also an extremely popular product. In conjunction with the MC100, this unit forms a high percentage of our fleet. With the capacity to lift in excess of 1500Kg.

MC600

A medium-weight machine which can be up to 10m in length as a single mast unit, and 26m as a twin mast platform, the MC600 has a number of features which augment the general fleet. The MC600 has the ability, in its twin configuration, to provide a centre span length of 17m (i.e. distance between the masts), increasing its flexibility to ‘straddle’ low-level buildings and obstacles. A further advantage of this type of machine is the speed at which it can be erected and dismantled.

MC1000

Predominantly a heavier-duty product the MC1000 range provides customers with the ‘mobile mast climber’ option. With a platform height of 20m freestanding (or tied, to 120m), and with the ability to drive along the elevation via its electric self-propelled chassis, the MC1000 is ideally suited to industrial cladding, bricklaying and glazing applications. With its freestanding ability and its maximum distance between ties, the MC1000 can be configured to achieve a working height of 30m using only two wall/steel ties. With its ability to provide a maximum platform length of 13.5m, it is a hugely flexible product, and can be configured to lift in excess of 2000kg when required.

MC1500

Designed to be used in conjunction with a mast climber installation, the MC1500 range of personnel/material hoists, offer increased flexibility and economy/time savings within large renovation or new-build projects. Used as a ‘feeder’ of personnel and materials, and working in tandem with mast climbers, the MC1500 range delivers to the mast climbers while they are in their working positions, increasing efficiency.  These machines also travel at speeds of 12m/min, have a SWL of up to 1750kg and loading/unloading gates of up to 4m wide.

MC2000

The MC2000 range consists of standard modular mast and drive units that can be combined in many different ways and can be operated independently or in various combinations. The MC2000 system also incorporates a mast sharing design that enables materials hoists/work platforms/transport platforms and passenger hoists to share masts. Another advantage of this product type is the speed at which it travels (12m/min).
