  • Fast, efficient installation of wet render insulation cladding.
  • Platform face can be tailored to accommodate most recesses & protrusions.
  • Mastclimbers™ can install 24m wide x 60m high in 2 days and dismantle and clear site in 1.5 days. The MCWP is an environmentally friendly system that leaves occupants secure with minimum disruption from vandalism etc.
Window replacement
  • Using MASTCLIMBERS™ can reduce contract duration by half.
  • Raising men, tools and new windows to work height and removing old windows and debris from the outside means no disruption to internal corridors, elevators or flats.

  • Resident friendly system - no shrouding of windows & limited security risk while work continues.
  • 110v/240v hand tool power points on platforms.
Refurbishment
  • Using MASTCLIMBERS™ can reduce contract duration by one third.
  • Raise men and material to ideal working height.
  • Power tool sockets are standard & blasting lines (air or water) can be run to the platform up the mast.
  • Assembly can be tailored to shroud uneven corners.
  • No climbing up ladders with heavy tools & materials.
  • An environmentally friendly system that leaves the occupants secure with minimum disruption.
Industrial
  • Installation of steelwork, insulation and/or cladding panels is simple when using Mastclimbers™.
  • Power tools, lighting & canopies on platform create a ‘workshop in the sky’.
  • Fast installation & dismantle minimises the site disruption for other trades.
  • No stretching or bending - always at ideal when working at height.
  Bricklaying
  • MASTCLIMBERS™ are increasingly becoming the most efficient method of access on bricklaying contracts.
  • Where material feeding of bricks, blocks and mortar is well co-ordinated and mortar mix/setting times are carefully planned, production boosts of up to three times can be enjoyed.
  • Three times the volume can be laid using quick setting mortar.
  • Masonry workers back complaints are significantly reduced.
Lift shaft
  • Machines can fit into spaces of less than 1.2m2.
  • Single machines are ideal for installing the cables/runners/doors/electrics/guides etc for personnel lifts.
  • Larger machines can be designed for installing bigger lifts.
  • Machines can travel at up to 12m/min, thus enhancing the efficiency of the installation.
  Curtain walling/glazing
  • Raising and installing heavy glass together with men and materials to ideal work height.
  • Cranes/winches can be installed on platform mast to assist in lifting heavier materials.
  • Inclined angle facades are no problem.
  • Limited inconvenience from tie supports.
  • SWL of up to 3500kg.
  • 110v/240v hand tool power points on platforms.
  Cleaning/painting
  • Painter always at correct level ensures even paint finish (spray or brush).
  • 110v/240v hand tool points for cleaning or polishing.
  • Weather protection canopy options create a "Workshop in the sky" to execute tasks safely, efficiently and to the benefit of operatives.
  • Work continues with no disruption pedestrians, shops, pavement and parking to below.
  Roof edge protection

Special applications inclined platforms
  • As well as access to vertical facades, MASTCLIMBERS™ are able to provide access to buildings with either acute or obtuse angled facades.
  • Specially designed base and drive units can achieve exactly the right angle for installing glass panels whilst providing a horizontal platform to work from.
  • Platforms can then be progressively dismantled, fitting the final panels as ties are removed.
  Shelf brackets/load bearing supports
  • Harsco Infrastructure pioneered the ‘shelf-bracket’, a load bearing arrangement of MKII formwork components designed to take the weight of an MCWP.
  • This system is best used where there is a requirement to suspend a machine above a non load-bearing structure.
  • Successful in tackling problems posed by non load-bearing roofs.
  • Anchors into the floor slab and provides a stable base from which the MASTCLIMBERS™ can be built.
  Weather protection canopies
  • Completely enclosed platform provides a ‘Workshop in the Sky’ for operatives.
  • Weather-protected work environment.
  • Power outlets for lighting, hand tools, heaters etc.
