We are committed to the continuous development of all our staff through comprehensive training programmes covering safety, technical and management skills. More than 75% of our staff are registered under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). We also seek to develop specialist skills to suit the wide range of industrial and construction sectors in which we work.

We foster the development of wide ranging specialist skills amongst our staff. We take pride in having qualified, experienced teams ready to undertake work in live industrial facilities, railway and airport sites, as well as power, petrochemical and marine environments.
